Granulator (pp/pe/abs)

The granulation production line is mainly used to pp/pe/abs granulating.

The whole equipment includes parts:
1. force feeding machine
2. single-screw extruder
3. die and net changing device
4. water-ring pelletizer
5. dewatering machine
6. storage hopper

The whole production line has purchased the advanced technology of European plastic recycling machines' manufacturing. After several years of researching and developing, the equipment can realize a perfect granulating effect.

According to different shapes and kinds of material, we designed specific feeding methods and structures of screw. One and more times net-changing operation can absolutely clear the dreg. Water-ring pelletizing machine will improve the appearance of granula.
